Maintaining the Highest Standards of Care
At Bartra Homecare, we recognise that strong governance and safeguarding are essential to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Our rigorous frameworks ensure that every individual we support receives safe, consistent, and respectful care — with their wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.
Raising the Standard in Homecare
We are doing this through our comprehensive governance and safeguarding frameworks that prioritise safety, dignify and accountability. By embedding quality oversight and continuous improvement into every aspect of our care delivery, we ensure that all our service users receive care that is not only compassionate, but also consistently safe and well managed.
Training & Qualifications
All our caregivers undergo industry-leading recruitment screening, interviews, induction, skills training, workplace monitoring, and ongoing development. Our robust frameworks ensure every caregiver is Garda vetted, fully trained in care delivery, and aligned with our core values — respecting your dignity, independence, and choice.
Trusted, Transparent and Accountable
By choosing Bartra Homecare, you are placing your trust in us — a responsibility we take seriously. That’s why we prioritise open, two-way communication, clear accountability, and strong governance. Our safeguarding practices ensure that those we care for are protected, listened to, and always treated with respect. Through transparency and trust, we build lasting confidence in the quality, safety, and integrity of the care we provide.
How it works
Contact us by phone or fill in our contact form. We will then arrange a call at a time that suits you for a no obligation conversation on your specific needs.
With agreement, we will then arrange a no obligation home visit consultation by a registered Nurse Manager to better understand your needs, preferences and daily routine. We encourage family members or other supports to be present and ask questions and understand how our process benefits your home care experience.
Based on the consultation our Nurse Manager and team will create a personalised care plan that reflects your needs, independence and choice. This includes the type of care, times, and matching a carer to your likes, personality and interests. This way we ensure that your support fits into you living your life, your way.
If you choose to proceed, we will introduce you to your new carefully considered suitable carer who will get to know your routine, likes and needs. It the carer is not for you, for whatever reason, we will immediately select an alternative carer for your specific needs.
When the service is in place, we regularly monitor your satisfaction and adjust your plan as your care needs change. This is done with minimal disruption to your daily living activities and carried out by our Quality Care Manager who will build a relationship with the service user and their family and explain any changes to the plan.
