Our home help service supports a wide range of daily activities designed to create a safer, more comfortable living environment — both inside and outside the home — while supporting social and basic living needs.
Our carers can assist with light housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, taking out the bins, changing bed linen, general cleaning and tidying, and preparing meals. They can also collect prescriptions, do grocery shopping, accompany you to appointments, help you attend social events, or simply join you for a walk.
Bartra Homecare offers a wide range of specialist services to our clients including care for people with dementia, those requiring palliative care and reablement services. We will be happy to discuss your bespoke needs for the care you wish to recieve.

Contact us by phone or fill in our contact form. We will then arrange a call at a time that suits you for a no obligation conversation on your specific needs.
With agreement, we will then arrange a no obligation home visit consultation by a registered Nurse Manager to better understand your needs, preferences and daily routine. We encourage family members or other supports to be present and ask questions and understand how our process benefits your home care experience.
Based on the consultation our Nurse Manager and team will create a personalised care plan that reflects your needs, independence and choice. This includes the type of care, times, and matching a carer to your likes, personality and interests. This way we ensure that your support fits into you living your life, your way.
If you choose to proceed, we will introduce you to your new carefully considered suitable carer who will get to know your routine, likes and needs. It the carer is not for you, for whatever reason, we will immediately select an alternative carer for your specific needs.
When the service is in place, we regularly monitor your satisfaction and adjust your plan as your care needs change. This is done with minimal disruption to your daily living activities and carried out by our Quality Care Manager who will build a relationship with the service user and their family and explain any changes to the plan.
